We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
🔁 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Must be in original condition
- Includes all original accessories (keyboard, cable, pouch, manual)
- Returned in original packaging
- No signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery
- Must include valid proof of purchase
⚠️ We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions after inspection.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customer assumes responsibility for safe return delivery
- We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We understand that issues can happen.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement unit
- Replacement parts
- Partial refund
- Store credit
⚠️ Resolution will be determined based on the severity of the issue.
⚙️ Product Characteristics Disclaimer
KeyraFold™ is a portable electronic device designed for everyday use.
Minor variations such as:
- Slight surface marks
- Packaging wear from shipping
- Small cosmetic differences
do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Normal wear or misuse
- Damage caused after delivery
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Missing accessories not reported within 48 hours
- Refusal to provide evidence of issue
🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Complete with all accessories
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the logistics process.
Once processed:
- Orders are integrated into international shipments
- Individual removal is not possible
Refunds are only available after delivery and approval under this policy.
🚚 Shipping Disclaimer
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier processing
- Customs
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volume
- International logistics
Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund while in transit.

Once a return is received and inspected:

Fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Denial of future service
- Submission of evidence to payment providers

- Determine product condition upon return
- Deny refunds that do not meet policy requirements
- Resolve claims based on available evidence
